What is the best genealogy software out there?

And please say why you think it is. I’m considering getting a new program. I have Heritage Family Tree Deluxe which I got as a first time program. However I would like something better now. One thing I would like if possible is when creating a web page that it can go past 32 generations. Heritage limits that to just 32.
What are some cool features in yours that you enjoy? I was considering RootsMagic because it sounded so good but they dont go beyond the 32 generations in creating a web page. (Anyone know why?)

Is it possible to get a birth certificate using only a social security number for genealogy purposes?

What are good places to research genealogy without having to pay for a subscription?

Where can I purchase a genealogy book?

I keep getting results for books people have wrote about genealogy, but I want a blank one so I can fill my family tree and have pictures in it.
