Some of the desktop programs out there like Family Tree Maker do a good job, and you may be able to take a file from there to a professional printer (or a Kinkos) and have them make it. If you already have the info, you may want to go to a standard print shop and ask them for advice. There are a lot of decent genealogical websites out there, but none that I’ve seen do a REALLY nice printing job.
